How do you make use of Reviews you get for your APP on Google playstore or Apple appstore
As app creator/maintainer I look into the reviews and generally reply to them as necessary.
Some times I feel bored to go through all of the reviews and reply to them manually, do you feel the same?
I wonder how many of us use those reviews and understand where the problem is or what type of users like this app and how we can target them and so on.
Any thoughts or advice??
True, But most of the time feels good to reply and we get hints what audiences looking for in our app so that we can move based on their feedback and off course replying each review throw 1to1 impression on the user.
Looking at reviews is my least favorite thing to do as a solo developer. Especially if you have an app that doesn't get much feedback. A couple negative reviews can really hurt. I would go days or weeks not looking at my iOS reviews because it took forever on App Connect and bad reviews would put me in a bad mood.

One thing I enjoyed doing with it was comparing my app ratings with huge brands. For example, one of my apps has an average rating of 1.5 stars higher than Facebook, but it has obviously made billions or so in less revenue, so maybe it's all relative.
As far as replying, I get so few reviews that I try to reply to most of them. Try to be overly nice and remember that no matter how ignorant or wrong your user is, they are still right. You won't win any arguments, so don't try. Don't expect people to change their reviews, but sometimes it happens and it's a nice surprise.
Did you feel that there must be something like auto replier for app reviews? and any learnings you took from the bad reviews you got?
I don't have an auto replier. But, I have learned a lot from reviews. Some reviews (even the hateful ones) actually have really good ideas that I would have never thought about on my own.
If they are easy fixes I've made changes in my apps with things like turning off sound on ads, have an IAP to remove ads, fix minor bugs that some people would talk about, or just revise the UI based on suggestions when able to do so.
At this point I'm really just a hobby developer though. I make very little money from my apps, so my advice may not really be the best for everyone. I couldn't tell you what successful people do, that's just my experience.
