    Don’t edit. Seriously. Got this suggestion from a guy who’s worked for a very popular podcast. If you have a conversational pod, where people talk for an hour, don’t edit. Most of your listeners won’t drop because they said too much. Do more episodes and improve with volume.

      thats how I do it as well. I just have to splice our two audios together, add an intro at the front and call it a day.

    Our Editing team actually made a game out of it. Make a funny song over a period of one month, by using no more than 10 secs of each episode they edit.

    Winner get a $100 bonus each month.

    Learn to edit faster! It should only take a couple hours to do a great detailed edit.

    Also playing soft instrumental music while you work helps ;)
