How do you manage all your online (marketing) accounts?

How do you manage your online presence, (with your team)?

Most social platforms have an API, so you can use a dedicated app for managing posts etc. But what about all the other sites, such as alternativetos, betalists, indie hackers, guest post account etc etc?

What I'm looking for is some service that manages:
Credentials, posted information, Media Assets, so kind of todo list / kanban list.

Or are any of you working on this?
