How do you manage multiple projects and ideas?

Yeah, I can totally relate to this too. I recently implemented a notion workspace with multiple databases that tracks life and work all in the same place and I'm feeling the most balanced I've ever felt in the past. I also feel like I'm able to juggle more projects at once without burnout because I don't get to the stage of worrying something has fallen through the cracks because it's all tracked in my databases with progress and dates, etc.
