How do you manage your newsletter?

I don't see myself as an established newsletter owner, but I have a newsletter, so I'll briefly share my learnings and what I do.

I use Encharge.io to manage my newsletters for personal branding and my product.

My newsletter didn't take off until I started giving away. So I created multiple e-books I gave away in exchange for their email.

And overall, it's super important to just deliver quality content. When you start, just focus on sharing knowledge, tips and tricks. Everything you can to make the newsletter feel like a valuable source of knowledge for your subscribers.

Then, later on, you can elevate it further.
