We’ve all seen and heard that customer interviews are a great way to find actual customer pain points by books like “The Mom Test”. And the book itself has a few great ideas about how to find people and organise those customer interviews (I.e. start a meet up around an area you are building for and interview people who turn up to those meet ups).
But are there any other interesting ways you found to organise those interviews? For example, I’m currently looking to chat to founders about their time management and planning and would love to know a good way to attract the right people to those interviews.
