How do you organize and grow your podcast guest's tracking with data visualisations (CRM)

I'm trying to find a platform to manage guests along the podcast workflow, a CRM like tool. If possible to integrate anchor fm or any other distribution platform.

I use Notion. It’s free and you can create simply linked databases (tables). Very user friendly.
They are working on an APi, which means you could plug in zapier or other automation tools in future too. APi is in closed beta I think still.
I was thinking to write a post about managing podcast productions in Notion.. would that be helpful to you?
