How do you prioritize new feature ideas from users?

Hello,

My sidehustle www.miras.coach is getting traction. Apparently there is some product-market fit on this email coaching approach. So far I have 50 sign-ups.

Now I am receiving feature requests from users and right now I don't know which path to follow. How could I make the product better is essentially my question but it sometimes seems that the my users want all a different product.

How would you prioritize them?
What framework or approach helps to order this?

I would say majority rules( if it aligns with your companies mission), or pay for priority. The bubble founder had some bigger users pay a one time fee to have a feature built before the rest. They still owned the rights to the code, But they would build things the customer needed the most if they showed their devotion by paying for it.

    Hi Cyril,
well done on getting some organic traction. 👏

This is a tough one, but you have a vision for your product and I assume you have validated the product idea itself before building it.

Early feedback might help you find where the product should go, but it can also send you in a completely wrong direction, and it can also overwhelm you. :)

There was this discussion recently which might help: https://www.indiehackers.com/post/a-prospective-customer-asked-for-a-feature-should-i-build-it-eb800fdc70

FYI, I can see on one of the images you are using an image with a HEY (hey.com) logo, but it does not seem you are affiliated with Hey at all. I would recommend taking it down.

      Hi sotak,

Thanks for the link, will check it out.

I took down the image althout I have this from a open source illustration library that has no affiliation with HEY. I didn't know HEY eather. Thanks for the headsup.

      Cheers
