How do you prioritize your tasks?

What criteria do you use to determine what tasks are important/urgent? And essentially which one to prioritize first?

    Check out Eisenhower Matrix, it might help you.

    My main dimensions in my business are:

    • is this user-facing? Does it improve things for the user? If yes, increase priority.
    • is this urgent? Or only important eventually? If urgent, increase priority.
    • is this a high risk thing? A company killer risk is much more important than other stuff, eg a small design issue.
