How do you promote your product for non-US users?

I made an android app only for non-US users, because the app is useless in the US.
But I don't know how to get organic traffic(installs) from the non-US.
I've spent a few hundred dollars on Google Ads (UAC) and it works but it cost a lot.
Any idea or experience to get organic traffic from non-US users?

When you say non-us users, it means technically the rest of the world.
Which means It is a super broad definition and not healthy thought.

You should try to find a super small area to test and run experiments. Basically, find a place that you can test properly your product and improve then slightly scale up to the next level.

For Instance: Many gaming companies before they release their main games, they do experimentation around different places in Canada. (e.g: British Colombia)
The reason is simple, Canadian user behaviour is super similar to Europian countries. (e.g: NL)

Thank you for your advice. Your advice makes sense.
I'm starting to experiment from my country (South Korea) :)

      Thanks for your advice.
My primary target is YouTube users who don't live in the US but want to watch the videos in PIP(popup) mode.
I'll look into Reddit and Quora.
      Thank you :)
