How do you reach companies with your B2B product?

Hi!

I'm wondering which channel you're using when reaching out to companies with your product. Are you using the contact emails from the websites, DMing company profiles on social media, or are you trying to reach upper management through linkedIn for example?

I've personally tried emails and DMs, but haven't seen much success with them. Most of the provided emails are for the support purposes, people who operate them probably won't reach out higher with my proposal. DMs had better response rates, but similar problem applies.

I'm interested in your ideas 😉

    whats your target audience?

    1. 1

I'm targeting companies looking for software developers. I've been contacting companies that were posting their positions on other websites, but as I said, due to the email provided being mostly for support purposes, my message probably didn't reach out higher to the recruiter for example.

If your target audience is companies the best and only good way is through LinkedIn.

Most of the companies wont display their personal emails for you to cold email. If you cold call them, the gatekeeper wont allow you to talk to higher management. So the only best way is to use linkedIn.

Let me know if you have any more doubts

    whats your marketing plan?

I don't really have a marketing plan at the moment, I've been reaching out companies through cold emails mostly. Right. now I'm doing a little pivot with my product in order to deliver some unique value compared to other job marketplaces, I'm looking for a way (non-scalable at first) to let the companies know about my value proposition.
