How do you recruit participants for qualitative feedback

We launched Matchfluence (https://matchfluence.com/) couple weeks ago and have been spending time focused on marketing channels that will drive traffic to our website. The quantitative data has been helpful in understanding how people are using our product but doesn't really explain the "why". I've tried reaching out to customers of our product that churned but that hasn't yielded great results.

Do y'all have any strategies for trying to get qualitative feedback from your target persona? Providing a gift card to every interview participant may not be feasible for us at this point.

Great to see you're focussed on talking to customers.

In my experience, I email customers from my personal account and ask to catch up on a 15-30 minute Zoom session.

I'm always as transparent as possible and explain how their feedback can help me improve the product they use.

When customers know they're helping make a difference, this can often be a big enough incentive.

You could also consider incentivising users with a free month of your premium tier once it launches?
