How do you run your indie business in EU 🇪🇺?

Hello Hacker from the EU! In which country you run your business? Where do you have your company registered, where do you pay your taxes? Or maybe you don't do it and you have other ways to run an indie business?
I was thinking about e-residency in Estonia, to lower the costs of running the business. Any thoughts on this?
