How do you send invoices?

Up until recently, I was using ZipBooks.

Generating invoices as a freelancer was a pain because of reconciling all the tasks I had done and how much time it took over a period, and adding them to the invoice took some time.
So I built Remotime to help me invoice my time and tasks with a few simple taps :)

I do freelance work on the side. I use Freshbooks (https://www.freshbooks.com/). Don't know if this helps 😶

I use stripe for all my invoicing. Its nice and simple and what I already use for anything web so its all organized for me.

The emails look nice, it sends auto reminders to people if they don't pay, allows people to pay via stripe, a bank account transfer or send me a check.

I moved all my invoicing to Freeagent a few years ago, which was a great move for me and my bookkeeper! It is similar to Xero, but it was created by Natwest and is free to all Natwest bankers, which I am, so a very cost effective option for me. It also links to my CRM Capsule, which is useful and has a mobile function, so I can send quotes and invoice really quickly and easily.

Hi Michael, a couple of options I have come across in the past.... bookpi.com is a free invoice generator for small businesses... and invoice.to is another really simple tool that works with Stripe and Paypal too.

I've used Xero and Freeagent in the past - both good.
