How do you setup an affiliate program thats $10 per conversion

Hi all,

I have been approached to setup some affiliate deals but never done one before. If you can offer affiliates $10 per conversion on a $40 annual sub B2C product what channels/networks would you try that those numbers would be appealing to the affiliate? Any suggestions or recommended reading would be greatly appreciated .
