How do you share KPIs with your team?

I'm having trouble keeping my remote team up to speed on our KPIs. I try to get teams to centralize in Google Sheets.

Where do you centralize your KPIs? What platforms do you draw them from? How do you keep your team updated?

IMHO Google Sheets is a good solution (I use that and Data Studio). Maybe you can also check Power BI.

We also have a "Core Dashboard" where anyone can check the main KPIs anytime they want.

I think you're on the right track with google sheets - easy to present data and create graphs etc.

To present the data, I would recommend creating a short loom video (loom.com) where you talk through the data e.g. what it means for the company.

Glad to hear you have KPI's for your team! Measure the right things and your team will perform really well. Power BI is a great platform for the important metrics. It can make a nice, single dashboard from multiple sources. I review KPI's with the team once a month.
