How do you test a SaaS prototype? How do you iterate?

It's all about getting feedback from real / potential users and using that to focus your product roadmap.

If you don't have any users, then find some people you think would be your target audience and do whatever you can to ask them for feedback.

This is the only real way to make sure you're building what your users want instead of what you think they want.
