How do you understand my website?

Hello,
I think Zendo is something like Intercom via email with payments. I am not sure if it includes outbound conversations.

You did great job with UI aspect of the landing page. But even after reading the whole landing page, I still don't quite get it. For example the hero area doesn't tell me how can you help me with my work, so normally I would just close your site.

• "Turn Conversations Into Customers" is vague statement that could be applied to many different products. Don't be afraid of something longer and more evident.
• "We blend the simplicity of email with payments and the intelligence of CRM to bring you the next generation of client portal software." is too solution-focused and filled with technical jargon.

Try to focus more on:

• As a potential customer what Zendo allows me to achieve
• Be more specific when explaining or demonstrating something
• Consider adding FAQ section. From my experience it usually helps with the comprehension.
• Your hero should convince me your product is relevant to me and I should explore it further.

Hey, I really like the design, it's very slick and consistent!

After reading and looking around it, I think Zendo is a somewhat unique offering that blends CRM/Customer Support with something like using Basecamp with Clients and integrated payments.

One thing that wasn't clear to me initially was whether Zendo was a completely hosted self-contained app where your clients are also seeing the Zendo dashboard UI, or something like a chat app that I would embed on my own site, given the focus on customer chat examples.
