How doable would be a daily money pot?

Hey everyone,

I've been thinking about this idea and I would like to share it with you all.

Imagine a daily money pot where everyone chips in a small amount of money, like $1, and by 20h o'clock that money pot is randomly given to a user that chippen in during the day.

1. Is this something doable from a developers perspective?
2. Would Apple take their 30% cut on every transaction occured through a mobile app?
3. The backend of things wouldn't be too complex but i'm affraid of the legal side of this.
4. Gambling is always a dodgy area, legally speaking, but this seems like a not so toxic way to get excited about some extra cash without spending time.

Any thoughts?
