How does one create a credit-based company

Anyone has any experience with creating fintech companies?

i have been looking at companies like getmansa recently
and the founder seems really young, without personal funds. I don't understand how one builds that kind of credit-based company from scratch

Just curious, maybe i'm missing something obvious
