How does this kind of company get you leads? What's their magic?

I'm wondering how Leadenforce works? I mean how do they collect the leads and create audiences on Facebook and?

Do they have a partnership with Facebook and other social media companies? How do they get the data to create audiences in those places?

FYI I'm not a developer, I'm just fascinated by their business and want to understand how do they get the leads.

Bonus question: Do you see a market for IH's there?
