How fast did you find your PMF?
Hey hackers :) I’m building migroot.io — a product designed to cut down the time it takes to prep all the paperwork for visa applications.
Right now, we have paying customers applying for visas to Spain, Portugal, Mexico, and Thailand. But I wouldn’t call it product-market fit just yet. Experienced founders tell me this can take months or even years, but of course, I’d love to get there faster.
Saw this image today—seems like this journey is going to take longer than I’d hope.
How about you? Have you hit PMF? What metrics made you realize it?
Honestly, this is for VC-backed, pre-2023 startups. If you are an indie, small project creator you should be moving around the PMF pretty much before you start developing.
The image looks intimidating. I may need to work diligently for several years before acquiring my first customer.
Damn, yeah. On the other hand, everywhere you hear that you should start making money even before finishing the minimum product. Where's the line?
