How good is angel list for hiring?

I am looking to hire software developers for my SaaS startup based in India. I was thinking of trying out angel list recruit pro. But they don't offer a free trial.

So do you guys have any experience with this platform for hiring within India? Is it worth the $250-$500/month. Because I think LinkedIn is much cheaper.

Also, what are other good tech hiring platforms for India?
