How good is each of these launch platforms at bringing users?

This list (https://www.notion.so/Where-to-post-your-project-bc6ce54240884770b2467c3b0f7c1624), made by another indiehacker, has a lot of resources/communities to post your product. Which ones actually work in terms of user acquisition? Usually being top 3 on PH gets you 1k+ users for a free product during the week of launch. What does that number look like for the other channels? Are they 20% as effective as PH? 5%? Would love to hear from those who have had experience posting on other channels.
