How Google delayed my indie launch :(

I am Vineet, I run TeliportMe.com and for the last 2/3 years I have been having a small but niggling issue that I finally decided to code out because nobody really did it the way I wanted it to be.

I was all ready to launch the MVP and get some buzz around it ( as much buzz as my 2000 odd followers could generate ), MVP and landing page in hand I was ready but then Google ( our overlord) had other plans.

Early in the morning, we got an email saying our main app Panorama 360 ( 15M downloads and growing ) was breaching some policy and we need to make changes otherwise they would take our app off the store in 7 days. Panic is all I could feel and so did the team and we dropped everything and started figuring out what the hell was wrong.

We were doing NONE of the things that they were saying we were doing, and what they were saying was so vague we just had no idea what they expected from us. We sent several appeals to which their response was the same.

I am still trying to get this through, but at least they have taken off the 7-day warning. I hope this gets to be done this week so I can focus on the launch.
