I’ve been applying the Jobs To Be Done framework while building SaaS.
It keeps me focused on what users are trying to achieve, not what I want to sell.
The core steps I follow:
It’s simple but powerful.
Do you use JTBD or another framework to align product and messaging?
Applying JTBD to SaaS really changes how you frame tests — it forces you to focus on what outcome the user is hiring the product for.

Congrats on launching! I’m also building my MVP and this is very inspiring. What was the hardest part of validation for you?
Hey Alexandr, it's been a while without posting. So, the hardest part is still finding the way to be compelling. I have virtually no audience. When I post, almost nobody cares. I'm still invisible. Of course, it's a matter of persistence and time. So, let's see how it goes. What's the hardest part for you?
