How I Built a Free Dropshipping Platform for Indian Sellers

I’m building Ebouto, a platform that helps Indian sellers start a dropshipping business without buying any inventory. The idea started when I realised most beginners struggle because they don’t have:
Product photos
SEO descriptions
Reliable suppliers
Packaging & shipping support
Money to buy stock
So instead of selling “courses,” I decided to create something practical.
What I’m building

Zero inventory requirement
Sellers can even start with 10 products for ₹999, and then add new items at ₹99 each —,totally optional and flexible.

Most Indian dropshippers sell fashion & gadgets… but wooden home décor performs far better:
High perceived value
Premium margins

Evergreen demand
Perfect for Instagram & Pinterest marketing
It’s a niche most beginners ignore, but it works.
What I learned so far
People want simple, low-risk business models
Good photos and SEO content are HUGE barriers
Fast shipping matters more than fancy branding
Beginners need support, not expensive tools
