How I built a niche content site for Gemma 4 before the hype peaks

Hey Indie Hackers! I just launched Gemma4Guide .

The Problem : Official docs are great but theory-heavy. Reddit and Discord are full of people asking "Which tag do I pull?" and "Will this fit my 8GB Mac?"

The Niche : While everyone is fighting over "Llama 4" keywords, Gemma 4 is a massive opportunity with less competition but high intent from local LLM users.

The Tech Stack :

- Static HTML (no framework overkill) for max SEO and speed.

- Deployed on Cloudflare Pages (Free tier).

- Focused on practical VRAM tiering (E4B, 26B, 31B).

The Plan : Drive organic traffic via "VRAM requirements" and "Mac setup" keywords, then monetize through AdSense once traffic stabilizes.
