What I learned:

The hardest part wasn't building it, it was getting people to trust that AI could actually produce something good. Once they see the result, they're sold. The challenge is getting them to that moment.

Most of our traffic right now is branded, people who already know us. We're working on SEO and ads to reach people who don't know we exist yet but desperately need what we built.
