    You make a good case for fractional hires. I also like how you point out the pros AND cons because there isn't anything that is 100% perfect or a failsafe when it comes to hiring. I've had my fair share of bad hires over the years, that's for sure. Great post!

      I think like anything it’s having a set of tools available to you and knowing when to use them appropriately.

    Meaning of fractional (taken from the article itself) for those who don't know...

    "Fractional and part-time are terms often used interchangeably. While there can be differences depending on whom you ask, for the purposes of this article it means someone working <40 hours for a company with the expectation they may be working for other employers as well."

    Hey this is from my newsletter, thanks for posting :). I believe fractional and part-time roles are a really good fit for startups, and for indiehackers on both sides of the equation - whether using it to build your own project, or to bring in income to fund your indiehacking.
