Did you trying querying the data from the google sheets directly without using SpreadSimple?

Gatsby has some plugins that can make that possible. I guess it could help if you don't want a SpreadSimple subscription. I was just mainly curious about your process.
I just bought lifetime deal for SpreadSimple. It was a pretty good buy actually.
