How I came up with this idea, to help accountants simplify their days

Last year, after my AI studies, I realized how boring and hard it could be to ingest a document. It's hard to manage your files and even to handle an entire pipeline and workflow. So I spent some time thinking about how I could try to solve a simple and small task at this time, saving a hundred hours of manual job.

And then, I decided to build a new simple tool, to help this experience to be a little bit easier and avoid this overwhelming job.

That's when I came up with my new tool: https://geckovision.pro - a tool to Automate Invoice Processing, following these simple steps:

1️⃣ Create your project, and your team, and then upload your file/files.

2️⃣ Start chatting and asking for our tool to generate the total value of your invoice.

3️⃣ Check for the total of all your invoices.

What's next?

We will include the option to interact with your knowledge base.

Every time you upload a file, you create a vector base, and you will be able to ask your entire base ( you can now, but you need to select the desired files )

This is our first MVP, and we are willing to help even more in the future.

We are still improving and developing new features, to improve user experience, and solve a real problem.
