How I create a better product with small updates πŸ“ˆ (Build-Measure-Learn)

Hi fellow IndieHackers πŸ‘‹

Last week I happily launched, and I can say I'm pleased with the results after 7 days!

I am currently focusing on the "CTA-click/visitors"-rate (how many % of the visitors actually clicks the download button?).

Why I chose CTA-click/visitors as KPI to focus at?
If people don't even understand the product and the website is not what they expect, they won't even get it to the product. So I think getting a converting landing page at first is key for organic growth.

This makes the rate of 18,75% (only of 1 day) the most important milestone so far. I think this is pretty high. My goal is to keep changing the landing page and measure what works.

My workflow to continuous iteration:
-> Build
-> Inform relevant channels to get feedback (currently using reddit a lot for this)
-> Measure (the CTA-clicks/visitors rate)
-> Learn (What did I adjust, is the rate improving and what would be the reason?)

Just like the BuildMeasureLearn-loop from the Lean Startup is intended to, I guess.

I would love any tips on this, if any, because going through the BML-loop like this is completely new to me.
