How I Created OneDealPage So That Anyone Can Explore 200+ Black Friday Growth Resources in Less Than 2 Minutes.

Hey Indie Hackers,

TL;DR: I am a no-coder and I have created onedealpage.com which you can use to scan 200+ selected Black Friday offers within 2 minutes. It's faster, easier and beautiful... and will also save tons of money for your current/upcoming startup's expense.

A little story time.

In Feb 2018, I purchased this domain called OneDealPage.com with a hope that one day, I will create a single most beautiful page to curate all the best tech deals for entrepreneurs.

The first version of this tiny project was launched in August 2018. Here it how it looked back then -

I created this using Landingi but it was very difficult and time-consuming to add new deals using Landingi platform... and hence this project died slowly and slow till March 2019.

Fast-forward to Lockdown days in 2020. I was checking ProductHunt and noticed multiple website builders that can convert Google Spreadsheet to a microsite. This made me re-think about OneDealProject whose domain was still being renewed every year.

I started slowing exploring these sites and finally made my mind to use this tool called SpreadSimple. With 2000+ upvotes, it was fairly popular on PH.

As the Black Friday season started approaching, I took this project seriously and started investing my time in building OneDealPage.

While with SpreadSimple, it's already easy to create a site but I want to make the process simpler and also wanted to make my site looks more unique and feature-rich.

After 3 weeks of continuous work, here is the result - OneDealPage.

I am finally using following tools to create the perfect workflow for this site -

• SpreadSimple
• Airtable
• Google SpreadSheet
• Integromat
• ElfSight
• Viral-Loops
• Microsoft Clarity
• CopyAI
• Some custom CSS and JS.

Here is how it works - When I find a great offer for entrepreneur, I fill a form made with Airtable. Integromat integrates with Airtable sheet to Google spreadsheet which is connected with SpreadSimple.

For copy writing and headlines, I took the help of Copy.ai

Well, now it's ready.... and I am hopeful that it will be useful for some of you, if not each of you :)
