The key takeaways from hubspots process for me were really the "learning & business objectives"...

When I started incorporating those into my own process for growth exp. it made a HUGE difference...so many exp. in the backlog that seemed good at face level but then when you ask "well what are we going to do with this if we get are expected result?", you realize there are bigger fish to fry!
