How I design my first SaaS design agency from scratch within 2 weeks

Hi! I'm a Thai-British designer, who has lived in Amsterdam for the past 8 years, and I've been a freelance Visual Designer for start-ups and corporate companies for the past 10 years.

I recently discovered this productized design subscription model 6 weeks ago, and it inspired me to end my freelance 9-5 contract. I found my new focus and perspective on how to design and deliver products efficiently. So, I created the Butter Disco agency from scratch and launched SaaS within 2 weeks.
Here how I did it:

1. My first week was mostly spent on doing research and learning how to use Webflow efficiently.
2. Design SaaS website from scratch on Figma (2 days).
3. Web development using Webflow (4 days).
4. Managing subscriptions using Memberstacks.
5. Link the payment using Stripes and run some testings.
6. Launched my website on Thursday 20th of July!

At this point, I realized how quickly I could design and launch a product. This motivated me to create more SaaS products and help startups!

It has been 3 weeks since I launched the website, but I have no sign up yet. So, I would love some feedback for improvement or any recommendations on marketing tips!
