How I doubled CTR on emails with my new micro SaaS

I run a Shopify chess store as a passion project and I was looking for new ways to engage my subscribers for the holidays. I had always wanted to try adding dynamic countdown timer gifs to emails to create a sense of urgency. A couple of months ago I ran my first flash sale email campaign with a prototype and doubled my click-through and more than doubled my sales. It worked!

From these learnings, I built Airtrics, a micro-saas for creating dynamic countdown timers for email and web. Airtrics makes creating nice looking timers that match your brand easy. You can customize fonts, colors, and background images. Each timer has analytics for views and clicks, so it’s easy to see how they perform.
