How I Got 100+ SaaS Signups From Facebook

My SaaS is built specifically for Local SEO, so instead of running ads, I went where my audience already was.

I joined 25–30 Local SEO Facebook groups.

Most of them were admin-approved post groups.

Some were auto-approved, but competition there is brutal—most posts never get attention.

So I changed my approach.

Instead of “promo posts,” I created a story-based post with a real audit result image — a graphical Local SEO audit showing what was broken and what needed fixing.

In the post, I explained:

Why I built the tool

The exact problem it solves

How it saves hours of manual audit work

At the end, I added a simple CTA:

Comment “LOCALSEO” if you want access.

Two group admins approved the post.

Then the magic happened.

People started commenting LOCALSEO rapidly.

I replied to every comment asking them to check their DMs.

👉 150+ people sent me DMs

👉 I personally shared the signup link

👉 I also invited them to my Facebook community

Result:

100+ users signed up

Almost everyone ran at least one audit

I now have warm leads with intent

Their emails are ready for onboarding, education, and conversion

No ads.

No spam.

No cold outreach.

Just:

Right audience

Real results

A human story

Now I just need to repeat this playbook a few more times to reach 500 users.

Honestly, this has been the most effective free user acquisition strategy I’ve used so far.

If you’re building a niche SaaS, this works ridiculously well.
