How I increase the price from $97 to $2497?

Since I started my design subscription agency Pentaclay last November, I have set my price around $2k and I don’t intend to lower it on my website.

I designed the pricing for startup founders and design agencies. Later on, I increased the price to $2497. I will increase the price soon.

I had a 14-day paid trial subscription plan for $490. I overbooked myself with this plan. And I had my first burnout last December.

Later on, I increased the price to $799 and now I have a decent amount of clients subscribed to this plan.

$799 for the 14-day plan is amazing for designing MVPs. Recently I designed 9+ screens of complex Sales CRM software within 10 days. He still has 4 days left to do another project. AMAZING!!!

Apart from this, I crafted a no-brainer offer for the X community and Indie hackers. Designing a landing page for only $97.

I knew it was going to give me second burnout, so I limited the slots to 10. Indie hackers loved this offer and design outcome so much, my X DM kind of broke.

Now I raised the pricing to $149/landing page design. Again I opened 10 slots only. I used to design landing pages for $500 or more 6-7 years ago. These offers don't make sense compared to what you'll get.

I build my presence around IH, Reddit, and X. That's how my marketing works. I tried outreach, but not work for me.
