How I integrate responsive design in Bubble 🛠

When I first started building with Bubble, responsive design was always the last priority in my build.

For users of my app, however, it was one of the first things they noticed.

Here's how I've been tackling responsive design with the help of Airdev's canvas chrome extension 👇

In my opinion, Airdev's chrome extension is like Tailwind for no-code.

I've used templates in the past, but sometimes found these difficult to work around with the fear of breaking the layout.

Airdev's extension, on the other hand, seamlessly integrates with the building process.

Once I've created a new project and integrated the plugin, I can easily start adding pre-built, fully responsive pages to meet the specs of my build.

Whether it's a dashboard, a directory page, or a user profile - there's no shortage of pre-built pages to choose from.

Like most templates, all of the workflows will also come pre-built for things like custom dropdown menus across pages.

One of my favourite features is the ability to extend on each template page by adding additional responsive components.

The blocks include repeating groups, visualisations, popups, and static content placeholders.

Your imagination is the only limit.

Your new component blocks are fully responsive and customisable like any other Bubble element.

If you were looking for a simple way to create responsive apps in Bubble, the Airdev chrome extension is well worth a look.

If you found this post useful, you can follow more of my no-code content on Twitter. I'd love to catch up and learn more about what you're building 🚀
