How I made a "professional" explainer video for my product for under $100

A few potential customers have been confused about how the sharing part of my email signature tool works. So I've had it on my to do list for awhile that I need to make a video to explain the steps.

I knew I couldn't dump hundreds of dollars into it, and I didn't have much time

Nicely done video! Also love your landing page - simple, crisp and clear.
My own 2 cents - could have sped up the the screen-recordings in places to make it more engaging.
But hey, it looks great as it is :)

Agreed, I think a few spots are too fast and a few are too slow. I may need to rewrite the script in a few places to better match the amount of things I have to show in that area.

I also used Fiverr for my explainer video. I found someone who did voiceovers and animations. It was about $180 for the whole thing. I was extremely impressed with the quality. You can check out my video here www.midweststreams.com

Nice write-up, thanks for breaking down the creation process, very useful. I think I might try to do everything myself - not so much to save money, but to gain some new skills :)

    Nicely done. Good result.

The app looks great too. 👍
    What’s the app built with?

It’s a Laravel backend with Vue.js on the front end.

it's a good video. IMHO, the music is a little bit too loud. At low volumes, I founded hard to distinguish the voice.

hi @TheJester12, really interesting to know the breakdown of all the video components. I especially wondered about the voice over part, that's something keep in mind! Thanks a lot for sharing
