How I missed out on my first 5 customers

I put ReadMyCards live about 1.5 weeks ago and have been really happy with the response from users. It offers a freemium model with some good traffic to the free services... but 0 conversions!

I tweaked the parameters of the free usage... Nothing.
More social posts... Nothing.
Changed pricing... Nothing.

I sent it to my friend to have a look at the site for fun and he mentioned that my subscription page wasn't working... face palm.

Turns out I was redirecting to an invalid page and subscriptions were inaccessible. Looking at the logs I found 5 distinct users who had tried to go to the subscribe page.

It's fixed now and I got my first 3 paying customers in the first 24 hours!
