How I pivotted my idea when I first tried to be an Indie hacker

Okay, so here is my story:

Since 2023, I realised that now it could be a golden era for indie hacker (or at least full-stack developer) wiht help of LLM, so I decided to make something as my past hobby used to be programming.
Then I involve meslef into the new world of Indie Hackers and everything else, such as MetaGPT, which is an interesting tool you can use to program itself.
The idea of MetaGPT really shocked me that I could be my own boss which means you need to learn and arrange a bunch of things in the last decade.
Nowadays a number of wheels are already there and you simply just need to assemble to complete a project, or start a new business, including but not limited to the tech stuff, also the marketing and biz part.
I was obssesed with the idea of starting a side-project to earn a bit besides my regular 9-5 job.
After a few weeks' exploring/studying/reviewing the tech stuff, I woke up again, and realised that technology is not important or at least not the first thing I should consider.
The problem, however, should be the most important to think about. Discover and define a problem first. Do not dive into technology world for now! We should never try to look for nails with hammer in hand.
I did my research and decided to use GummaySearch as my tool to locate pain points and see what I can do.
Therefor maybe I should start small: simply write down what I am researching and share with others, for example, pain points sharing could also be a good idea.
