How I plan to grow a cybersecuity startup as an Indie Hacker.

Hello everyone,
I am the founder of https://getsafesaas.co/ and as a indie founder in the cybersec niche I decided to pivot in the SaaS world, on companies that make around 20-30k /mo because they have the MRR to spend on a cybersecurity service and those founders have a billion other things to do than worrying about the security of their startup.

This is my marketing plan for the next week:

Does anyone have any recommendations or ideas on how I can improve my plan?

Hello! I think your marketing plan looks solid, especially since you're targeting a specific niche of companies that have the MRR to spend on cybersecurity. Have you considered targeting companies in a specific location, such as Quick Shortpump? That way, you can narrow your focus even further and potentially increase your chances of reaching your target audience. You could also try reaching out to local business organizations or attending local networking events to promote your service. Good luck with your marketing efforts!

Hey! Thanks for advice, I am not sure that if I niche down on location would be a good idea, since I am based in EU I do not really have extensive knowledge on where is the best place to niche down and i do not want to do business in my country.

Hi Adrian, it seems you have a typo in your hero header: "serivces".

You made a good plan an definetly will work because you have targetted the good industry and best of luck for your future success.

That's a great plan, and remember, the most important thing is consistency. Make sure to stay consistent and don't give up, even if results are not showing in the beginning.

Increase the font size on your website for starters. Seriously, unless you're targeting only the 18-25 year olds with perfect vision, I can barely read the small text.
