How I reached 2K Users in 1 month

Hey I built an e-learning database for bootstrappers and early-stage founders. It took off like wild-fire, reaching 2k users within month 1.

Why did I do it?

I've been using playbooks/blogs as my main source of start-up + bootstrapper learning and education. Y-C, IndieHackers, Demand Curve and Lenny's newsletter really kill it. I thought well, I could maybe help other founders learn too.

How did I do it?

1. Research/Analysis (pain points of the learning curve of becoming a solopreneur.)

2. Where do they live? (Reddit, Twitter, Phunt, Betalist)

3. Create a fast solution: Softr + Airtable integration (a sexy looking database)

4. Publish to my friends and peers (improve + optimise)

5. Publish to 20 different listing sites
