one of the coolest products i've seen in awhile. you'd have to be a complete n00b not to atleast give it a try.

Badass!!
You are!
Awesome product from a proven rock-solid team. Excited to see this launch!
Thanks, Clay!
So much to learn from this thanks for sharing
Thanks, Jack!
This was so cool to watch. From 'should I even post this' to massive viral launch.
🚀
This is interesting.
Thanks, Mona!
Definitely.
Congrats on the launch, looks solid. How are you currently thinking about acquiring early users and gathering feedback?
that 3-week gap killing conversions is real. saw this with my own launches too. viral moment means nothing if you can't capture it right away
Really appreciate the transparency with these funnel numbers. The 7.6% waitlist-to-signup conversion is interesting — your hunch about the 3-week gap causing drop-off rings true. People are excited in the moment, but interest decays fast when there's nothing to click on.
The lesson I'm taking from this: if something gets unexpected traction, having even a rough MVP ready to capture that momentum is huge. Easier said than done when you didn't expect the tweet to blow up, though.
Curious if you considered charging more from day one given the strong interest, or if the $1 trial was strategic to lower friction and build the initial user base first?
Do not be naïve to fall for the fakes, they are lots of them out there, falling for a fake is not the end of the world, i also fell for one of their traps, but Amadeo and his team came through for me, his mail: macprivateinvestigators AT gmail DOT com came around rescuing me from their hands, they helped get the necessary information that made me free.
Really insightful! Love how you broke down the funnel—shows that even simple tweets and waitlist emails can lead to real MRR and engaged users. Great example of shipping fast and learning from actual usage.
Ohh thanks for sharing.
This is such a refreshing breakdown — real numbers, real insights, no fluff.
Going from a single tweet to $1.5k+ MRR in 3 weeks (organically!) is seriously impressive. The 53% signup → paid trial conversion especially stands out — that shows strong pricing psychology and clear value.
The 3-week delay likely explains the drop from waitlist to signup. Momentum decay is real. But honestly, getting 7.6% after that gap is still solid validation.
Big takeaway for me:
Distribution + simple offer + fast execution = shipped revenue.
Thanks for sharing the actual funnel math. Super helpful for anyone planning a launch 🙌

TheToolx. com an Indian tool website, i have added so many features and dashboard for users and everything that will help my users. if someone want to write about it on Indie hackers, You're welcome.
This is so helpful! Love the transparency here. Those conversion numbers are really helpful context , as I am so new to this space. Nonprofit CEO here (25 years) and just learned Replit last month to help solve some real life problems with app builds.
The framing of "who DOES love it, and how can we make what they love better" is such a better question than trying to fix every complaint. That's a great take for every product or service.
I'm in the early days with my own launch (AptiBuild AI - helps people uncovers app build ideas from their unique aptitudes, hidden talents & skill combinations). Volunteers are notorious for undervaluing their worth !!
I love learning something new everyday and I hope I can find a tribe here since I have come to all of this sideways. Seeing your funnel breakdown makes me think more intentionally about tracking each stage as I move through this process, with so much to learn as I go. Thanks for sharing this.
