How I wrote JumpHigher an AI tool for improving your vertical leaps
Hey everyone,
I just launched JumpHigher ( https://jumphigher.io/ ). It's a simple ( for now ) tool that makes training your jumps fun by giving you feedback, no need for a gym.
The stack is:
nextjs / TS, Vercel, XState, tfjs / movenet lightning ( for pose detection ), yjs ( for storing user data on the client )
It has no backend for now, I think I'll use Supabase.
Next steps are:
- better tutorial
- improving performance
- improving correctness ( no false stops of tracking, letting the users know if they moved off from the tracked position )
- adding a backend / login
- pwa
- dunk mode
- better design
- mobile apps ( big one )
- user tracking in crowded rooms
