How I'm Going to Reach $10k MRR in 7 Months. 😱

Reach $10k MRR in 7 months!
Here's how 👇

I'm at $4,500 MRR and growing 3.7% a month currently.
It's taken me a year and a half to get to this point.

The last 6 months, things have been pretty stagnant...
but I also haven't brought my A game.

For me to get to $10k MRR...
I'm going to have to grow 12% a month on average.
It will be a challenge but I think it's doable.

First step is to make the product better. 🛠
I'm working on a dashboard v2 for Potion and should be ready to launch it in the next couple of weeks.

Second I'll start working on updating guides and videos.
These will be important for a great user experience but hopefully will be good for SEO as well.

Right after this, I'll probably be raising prices.
Much easier reaching my goals when my lowest tier isn't $10/mo. 😅

Then it's time to pour gas on the fire in the marketing department (Also just me 😅).
First one is the affiliate program.
I have a couple tricks up my sleeve that I think could really work here.

Next is SEO. 📈
I really should be getting 5 to 15 times as many page views as I'm getting currently.

To do that I'm going to need to update my website...
and add some good quality content targeting key words.

Planning on adding a free tier as well to get the marketing engine rolling.
Having free sites pointing to Potion will help with backlinks and SEO.

That's the plan! 📄
Most likely the bulk of growth will be in the later months when the SEO starts picking up.
Nothing ever goes to plan...so we will see what happens!
