A well-designed SaaS product ain't just pretty to look at, it's a beacon of hope for the company's reputation.
It helps establish credibility and gives your customers a warm fuzzy feeling.
I also bring a lot of importance to the UX and UI, it's so important for the credibility of a business. When I visit some SaaS where everything is done in a rush or with bootstrap, I immediately have the impression that it's shaky.
