How indie makers manage their time?

I'm a self-taught developer an indie maker. I work on freelance projects as part-time and also work on side projects but sometimes I can manage my time between freelancing and side projects. I want to know how other indie makers manage their time and what tools or technique they used to manage their time and increase productivity
